Who is responsible?

What information do we process?
For an online project enquiry, we may process your name, phone number, email address, postcode, town, project type, preferred timeframe, approximate budget, project description and any project photos or documents you voluntarily attach. Please do not include sensitive personal information in text fields or files.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information only to assess your enquiry, check whether the project fits our service area and services, and contact you personally. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible agreement. An enquiry does not automatically result in a price, quotation, contract or appointment.
Storage and recipients
Your enquiry is stored in the secure website environment and processed in the internal Renotix CRM. Access is limited to authorised people within Renotix and suppliers needed for hosting and CRM processing. These suppliers may process the information only for the agreed services and appropriate security.
Retention period
We retain an enquiry that does not lead to a commission for up to 24 months after the last contact. If it becomes a commission, relevant information may be kept longer to carry out the project and meet statutory record-keeping obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information. You can also object to processing. Send your request to info@renotix.nl. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

This website currently has no active advertising cookies, marketing tracking or web analytics. If this changes, we will update this notice and, where necessary, the cookie choices in advance.
