A sketch or description of your space requirements is enough for a first conversation. Share any drawings you already have. Further detail depends on your existing home and the plan.
Do I need to provide technical measurements?
You do not need a technical survey for your first enquiry. Tell us how you want to use the new space and what matters in the layout. We assess and measure the situation during our visit.
Which choices matter for the quotation?
Consider the layout, windows and doors, finishes, lighting and heating. Tell us which work you want to arrange yourself. If choices are still open, say so and we can discuss them.
